Smart Camera
Follows the active speaker, cuts to a listener's reaction, and keeps one steady person framed. Choose Quick Reframe for speed or Precision Reframe for busy scenes.
AI video reframing studio
REFRM finds the best moments, reframes them to vertical with a smart camera that follows the speaker, and adds captions in your language — then lets you fine-tune everything in a real editor.
Free to start. No credit card required.
Paste a long video and REFRM scores the transcript for hooks and highlights, then proposes clips with a reason for each. Adjust, extend or shorten any clip by a few seconds.
Built for talking-head, podcasts & how-to
Not a static center crop. REFRM reads faces, mouth motion and action so the vertical frame goes where the story is.

How it works
Three steps. You stay in control of every cut.
Paste a YouTube link or drop in an MP4, MOV or WebM file.
Best moments are picked, then framed 9:16 around the right person or action.
Polish captions, text and cuts in the timeline, then export a finished MP4.
The editor
Tools on the left, a big preview in the middle, properties on the right and a full timeline underneath.
Local-first
Heavy lifting runs in your browser. When a step needs our server, we say so before it runs.
Face tracking, camera planning, preview and export happen locally, so editing stays fast.
Finished videos are kept on your device. Your project library lists them without uploading the files.
YouTube import and some AI steps use temporary server processing. You see a clear note and consent first.
Import a video, let the AI find strong moments and frame them for vertical, then refine captions, text and cuts in the editor and export an MP4.
MP4, MOV or WebM files up to 2 GB, or a YouTube link. For links you preview the video first and confirm before anything is imported.
Captions can keep the original language and script, convert Hindi into natural Hinglish, or be translated into a language you choose. Online translation asks for your permission before sending caption text.
New accounts receive free signup credits. Server-powered source analysis is metered by video duration. You can see current rates and your balance in your account.
Editing, tracking and export run in your browser, and saved exports stay on your device. Steps that need our server, such as YouTube import, use temporary processing and are labelled before they run.
You can open the studio without one. You'll be asked to sign in with Google when you start an action like importing or analysing a video.
Paste a link and see your first clips in minutes.
